Bimini Bay: Resort and Marina

Situated just 48 miles off the coast of South Florida on the quaint Bahamian island of North Bimini lies the new Bimini Bay Resort. The Bahamian government recently completed an environmentally-friendly dredging of the Bimini Bay harbor resulting in a new channel that can accommodate mega yachts.

Casa Lyon is the resort’s fine dining restaurant that combines French and Mediterranean design and offers Caribbean fusion cuisine. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the ocean from the interior or outside on its well-appointed patio and deck. The restaurant’s interiors include natural stone floors, contemporary colonial furnishings, chic onyx-top bar and accessories intricately decorated with shells. Casa Lyon will soon offer room service, in-home catering and private dinners and tastings prepared by Executive Chef Wayde Sweeting, President of the Bahamas Culinary Association.
